  On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, bathroom, toilet, balcony which serves the 2 bedrooms, terrace and garden with views of the mountains and Lake Annecy.
• COCHETTE
  This accommodation is equipped for 10 people (possibility of 4 additional beds).
  On the ground floor: closed fitted kitchen, living room, lounge, toilet.
  On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with mezzanine and private bathrooms. each room is served by a balcony with mountain views.
